The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others. ~ Gandhi

Born in Everett, WA in what was then General Hospital the son of a realtor and an Army helicopter pilot . I have lived all over Snohomish County and Seattle and currently reside in the neighborhood of Meadowdale in Lynnwood, WA.

Being in sales and marketing the entirety of my adult life I have lived the difference of a sale and a customer experience.  We focus on the latter.  Giving each client a unique customer experience that most perfectly suits their needs.

Running my marketing agency for real estate professionals positioned me to be an expert in both marketing and technology and to be able to watch how the best worked

My wife and I love to go hiking together. In fact, I proposed to her at the top of Mount St Helens.  Family comes first with me.  I have 3 children, 1 girl and 2 boys and 1 step son.  We enjoy taking the RV camping and taking advantage of all the beauties of the Northwest. I also enjoy skiing, golfing and playing tennis. The local sports teams all have a place in my heart.  I am a giant Seahawks fan and love Husky football and basketball.  The Seattle Mariners have made it difficult to be a fan, but I still love them.  I dream of the day that our beloved Seattle SuperSonics return home. Last but not least, I enjoy fixing up our house and working on my lawn.

People don’t care what you know, until they know you care”.

JOE KISER GREW UP IN THE PUGET SOUND AREA RAISED BY PARENTS FROM SMALL TOWN KANSAS.

His summers were spent helping out on my grandparents’ farm and gas station. He was taught the importance of good mid-west values like working hard and always treating people with respect and honesty. He was also taught that his word is the most important thing you have to offer anyone and he strives to follow that principle every day.

One of his greatest assets is the ability to create and foster trusting relationships, to really get to know his clients so he can help meet their needs and desires. His mom has always said that he has never met a stranger. His friends have nicknamed him “The Mayor” as it seems everywhere he goes he tends to bump into a friend or meet a new friend. More than anything, he feels that this sense of ease and comfort and trust with others has been the backbone of his sales career; he has never considered himself as a salesman.

Joe’s desire is: to build lifelong relationships with his clients through helping them with their real estate needs.

JOHN L. SCOTT BALLARD

Once a sleepy fishing village in a northwestern corner of the city, Ballard has become one of Seattle’s hippest and most sought after neighborhoods. Ballard was largely settled by Europeans of Scandinavian origins who were drawn here by the salmon fishing industry. The neighborhood has embraced those roots with the Nordic Heritage Museum. The Museum celebrates Ballard’s community spirit and its Scandinavian history. Modern day Ballard is home to some of the city’s best music venues, restaurants and bars. An effort to boost urban density in some of Seattle’s neighborhoods led to rapid development in Ballard’s core over the past several years. You can find condos and townhomes an easy walk away from Ballard’s bustling nightlife. But Ballard has maintained its neighborhood charm with historic homes on quiet streets as well. Ballard residents can be found the enjoying sandy beaches and spectacular views at Golden Gardens Park. There is no prettier place in Seattle than Golden Gardens as the sun sets behind Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains. And Ballard is full of marinas and launch points for all kinds of water sports. One of Ballard’s most popular attractions is the Locks, which allow boats to travel between the salty seawater of Puget Sound and the fresh water in Lake Washington and Lake Union. The Locks carry more boat traffic than any other system in the United States. The fish ladder and nearby botanical gardens are a must-see when you visit the Locks too. If you’d like to learn more about Ballard, let us know. We’d love to show you around and help you find your perfect home.
